At KaZaK, we work hard in a relaxed team atmosphere that allows the hours of the work day to pass quickly. Employees are empowered to make decisions that can provide almost instant feedback while using the best software, hardware and analytical tools to draw the right technological conclusions. Opportunities for frequent professional development provide our employees with growing technical and managerial skills that enhance day-to-day job performance.
KaZaK recognizes that the start-up work environment must be balanced with taking time with those we care about or doing the things we love to do and are a critical part of the work/life balance. Flexibility in ensuring employees can pursue that balance is a cornerstone of our human objectives.
In addition to a standard benefits package KaZaK also offers its employees a variety of benefits to help them gain an overall better quality of life for their families and others. Some of these added benefits include:
- Friday Lunch - Every Friday KaZaK springs for lunch! This gives everybody in the office a break to catch up with co-workers, chat about weekend plans and enjoy a free meal!
- Quarterly Meetings - Once a quarter, the management team brings the whole company together to hear about what's new in the company and then enjoy an afternoon event, whether it's a friendly bowling competition or a summer bar-b-que.
- Friendly Contests - KaZaK has an annual chili cook-off, a Halloween costume contest, trivia night and other contests to build the camaraderie within the organization.
- Family Events - At KaZaK we hold an annual summer outing for employees and their families as well as a holiday party for employees and partners. We also enjoy other family-oriented events throughout the year such as minor league baseball games and whale watches.
Charitable Contributions
At KaZaK we recognize the need to help others when possible. Therefore, we strive to volunteer when we can and extend charity throughout the organization as well as on an individual basis. These activities include an annual Thanksgiving Basket Donation to local food banks and participation in a Salvation Army gift giving program.
