From I-95/Rt. 128 Southbound:
Take Exit 36, WASHINGTON ST./WOBURN/READING (first exit after I-93). Take left at the end of the ramp onto Mishawum Road, passing the Woburn Mall on your right. Continue straight on Mishawum Rd (becomes Industrial Parkway) for 3/4 of a mile until the road curves 90 degrees to the right (becomes New Boston Road). Where the curve straightens, take a left onto Gill Street. Shortly after, take the next left into the Cummings Park complex. Enter at the front of the building.

From I-95 North / Rt.128 Northbound
Take Exit 36 Washington St. and turn left at light at end of ramp and go over the Rt 95 / 128 overpass. Take a left at the next light set onto Mishawum Rd. Travel down the hill and through the next set of lights (Rt. 128S intersection, passing the Woburn Mall on your right. Continue straight on Mishawum Rd (becomes Industrial Parkway) for 3/4 of a mile until the road curves 90 degrees to the right (becomes New Boston Road). Where the curve straightens, take a left onto Gill Street. Shortly after, take the next left into the Cummings Park complex. Enter at the front of the building.

From Logan Airport:
Upon exiting the airport, look for signs for route I-93 North (take the Rt. 1A ramp towards Boston via the Sumner Tunnel Expressway / I-93 North.) Follow instructions above from I-93.

From I-93
Take Exit 37B, I-95 South / Rt. 128 South, towards Waltham. Follow instructions above from I-95/Rt. 128 Southbound.

From the NORTH:
Take I-95 South (portions toll) passing through New Hampshire, then crossing into Massachusetts. Keep right to take I-495 South via Exit 59 toward Worcester. Take the Lowell Connector / US-3 exit; Exit 35C-B-A toward Nashua NH / Burlington MA. Merge onto US-3 North via Exit 35B on the left toward Nashua NH (crossing into New Hampshire). Take Exit 2 toward RT-3A / D.W. Highway / Hudson. Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Take the RT-3A North ramp toward Hudson. Turn slight left onto Lowell Road / NH-3A. Turn left onto Flagstone Drive. Turn left onto Sagamore Park Drive.

From the SOUTH:
Take I-93 North toward Concord NH. Merge onto I-95 South via Exit 37B toward Waltham. Take the US-3 North / Middlesex Turnpike Exit; Exit 32B-A toward Lowell / Burlington MA. Follow the Directions above from Exit 2.

From the WEST:
Take I-290 East toward Shrewsbury / Marlboro. Merge onto I-495 via Exit 26B toward Lowell. Take the RT-4 North exit; Exit 33 toward North Chelmsford. Turn left onto North Road / MA-4 North. Merge onto US-3 North via the ramp on the left toward Tyngsboro / Nashua NH. Follow the directions above from Exit 2.

From LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, East Boston, MA:
Start out going Northwest toward Terminal C. Stay straight to go onto ramp. Stay straight to go onto MA-1A South / William F. McClellan Hwy / East Boston Expressway (portions toll). Turn slight left to take the ramp toward I-93 North / Government Center. Merge onto I-93 North. Merge onto I-95 South / MA-128 via Exit 37B toward Waltham. Take the US-3 North / Middlesex Turnpike Exit; Exit 32B-A toward Lowell / Burlington MA. Merge onto US-3 North via Exit 32A toward Lowell / Nashua NH (crossing into New Hampshire). Follow the directions above from Exit 2.

From MANCHESTER-BOSTON REGIONAL AIRPORT, Manchester, NH:
Start out going West on Airport Road. Turn slight right to stay on Airport Road. Stay straight to go onto Brown Ave / NH-3A. Merge onto NH-101 West via the ramp on the left toward Bedford / Nashua / Concord. Take the Everett Turnpike South exit toward Merrimack / Nashua. Merge onto Everett Turnpike (portions toll). Everett Turnpike becomes US-3 South. Follow the directions above from Exit 2.
