KAZAK COMPOSITES HIRES PHIL MCCABE AS CONTROLLER

WOBURN, MA, July 2, 2007 – KaZaK Composites, Inc., a premier provider of high value-added composite engineering and design, today announced they have hired Phil McCabe as controller, effective immediately. McCabe has been hired to run the finance team already in place.

“Phil is a great addition to the KaZaK team,” said EVP John Schickling. “As we continue on our road to commercialization of some of our military-grade products, Phil’s role will be necessary to ensure potential customers that we have not only a military background but also a strong corporate finance background. Phil brings that strength to the team.”

McCabe has over 20 years of experience in accounting and management and most recently was the manager of accounting at WGBH in Boston, MA. He received his BS in Accounting from Northeastern University.

McCabe will be located in KaZaK’s corporate headquarters in Woburn, MA.
