KAZAK COMPOSITES, INC. HIRES SUSAN RICCI AS
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

WOBURN, MA, August 14, 2006 – KaZaK Composites, Inc., a premier provider of high value-added composite engineering and design, today announced that it has hired Susan Ricci as director of human resources, effective immediately.

“Susan is joining us just as we are starting to add to the team at KaZaK,” says EVP John Schickling. “We have begun to commercialize our products and need to augment the engineering and corporate staff in order to build off of that momentum. Susan’s role is vital to the increased growth of the company and we are pleased that she has joined us.”

Ricci brings over 20 years of HR experience to KaZaK, much of it heavily focused in the small business environment within the service and technology industries. She will employ her wide range of skills as KaZaK continues to hire and develop engineers and other staff to support the design, development and implementation of unique and unusual composite structures currently being used throughout the U.S. military.

Susan received her BA degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts. She will be based out of KaZaK’s corporate headquarters located in Woburn, MA.
