WHY KAZAK

KaZaK Composites, Inc. is a leader in the composite manufacturing industry. We design, develop, manufacture and market high-performance composite structures by integrating innovative design and proprietary automated manufacturing processes. Our team of highly skilled engineers specializes in large and unusual composites that have been used in the military, aerospace, marine and commercial markets. To that end, KaZaK has designed and constructed the world’s largest pultrusion equipment that is capable of building composites that are up to 10 feet wide and unlimited length, without any visible seams. Additionally, KaZaK uses other pultrusion machines of varying sizes in order to build everything from composite wire to battleship panels.

KaZaK’s skilled engineers are highly educated and are always looking for unique ways to solve customer’s problems. Accordingly, these engineers are constantly experimenting with different materials to find the right composite that fills your needs – whether it’s a stanchion that pops up after being hit or a building brace to protect your structure from earthquake damage.

KaZaK Composites isn’t limited to just ship panels built through pultrusion. We also specialize in other processes such as filament winding, braiding, prepeg, VARTM, press molding and oven cure. KaZaK also is a leader in the system design, metal structures, and design and analysis.

KaZaK Composites delivers:

  • Over 15 years as an industry leader in composite manufacturing, primarily in military markets
  • Varying sizes of automated pultrusion machinery, capable of building virtually any size and shape composite
  • Innovation in structural engineering, holding over 35 patents
  • Highly educated and experienced engineers who can find unique ways to solve your problems
